Our journey began with the success of our own product line, which inspired us to expand into contract manufacturing. Our mission is to assist clients in developing and producing natural and organic cosmetic ranges while fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff. With a GMP-compliant process and a state-of-the-art 1,000 sq. meter manufacturing plant certified by the Soil Association on COSMOS standards, we support accreditations such as Vegan Society, Beauty without Cruelty, and EU Certification. Located in Cape Town, we also offer expertise in product formulation, development, and certification for natural and organic cosmetics. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA/QC and Production Flow Manager based in the City of Cape Town. The manager will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with COSMOS and GMP standards during production. Daily tasks include managing the production flow, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring procurement, and maintaining accurate documentation before, during, and after production. The role involves close collaboration with the team to streamline operations and support product development, scaling production processes, and achieving certifications such as Vegan Society and Beauty without Cruelty. Qualifications Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and adherence to GMP and COSMOS standards.Strong organizational skills, including production flow management and procurement tracking.Expertise in product development and formulation refinement.Knowledge of natural and organic product standards, certifications, and accreditations (e.g., Vegan, Beauty without Cruelty, CANSA).Excellent communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Assurance) is preferred.Prior experience in manufacturing, especially in cosmetics or similar industries, is advantageous.
