In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout our steel fabrication processes.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for steel fabrication projectsConduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentsPerform non-destructive testing and analyze results to identify potential quality issuesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve quality-related problemsPrepare comprehensive quality reports and maintain accurate documentationStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in steel fabrication and quality managementTrain and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and techniquesLiaise with clients and third-party inspectors to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Minimum 2 years of experience in QAQC within the steel fabrication industryIn-depth knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologiesStrong understanding of steel fabrication processes and techniquesProficiency in CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to steel fabricationExperience with non-destructive testing methods and interpretation of resultsRelevant quality management certifications (e.g., ASQ, CWI) preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel to project sites as neededAdditional InformationA Valid UAE Driving License
