Quality Controller (Civil Engineer – Construction)

About the RoleWe are hiring a Quality Controller (Civil Engineer) to ensure all construction activities are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, contractual specifications, authority standards, and our internal QA/QC management system. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE experience in civil construction projects and strong knowledge of ISO, testing procedures, and inspection workflows.Key Responsibilities🔹 Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, ITPs, and quality standards 🔹 Monitor structural, finishing, and infrastructure works; issue NCRs and follow up corrective actions 🔹 Review and approve material submittals; coordinate with third-party labs for testing (concrete, soil, etc.) 🔹 Maintain all QA/QC documents including ITPs, test reports, checklists, MIRs, and inspection logs 🔹 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports for internal management and consultant submission 🔹 Ensure full compliance with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DM, ADM, etc.) 🔹 Support ISO 9001:2015 audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives 🔹 Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and project teamsQualifications ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) ✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE-based QA/QC experience in construction projects ✅ Strong knowledge of ASTM, BS, ACI, and UAE construction codes ✅ Experience in QA/QC documentation, NCRs, ITPs, MIRs & site inspection workflows ✅ Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC reporting software ✅ Valid UAE Driving License (advantage) ✅ UAE Society of Engineers membership (preferred)Why Join Us?✔ Work on diverse, high-quality projects across the UAE ✔ Strong, process-driven environment with career growth opportunities ✔ Professional and multicultural engineering team ✔ Stable and expanding group operating across multiple sectorsApply: adminuae@astreagroup.comSubject: Quality Controller – Civil (UAE).
