Job Description

The QC LES Admin Expert is a key person in the administrative management of the LES (Laboratory Execution System) within the QC laboratories of GSK Gödöllő site as Local Business Owner.Responsibilities:Load and configure method templates in LES System (Laboratory Execution System)Conducting dry runs, validations of electronic workbooks in LES SystemSupport and hold trainings for business usersGuide the business and QA in the review and approval process of new/updated methodsReport achievements and escalate issuesMaintain, ensure life cycle management for the system master dataInteract with different teams across GSK network (IT, SAP, QC),Coordination and execution of deviation, CAPA and change control tasksBasic Qualifications & Skills:University Degree in Scientific orientation (Chemist, Biologist, Chemical engineer, etc)Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry in GMP environmentFluency in both Hungarian and English languagesKnowledge of MS Office programsPreferred Qualifications & SkillsWorking knowledge with LES/LIMS systemsExperience with SAPGood interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical mindsetExcellent organizational and time management skillsWhat we offer:Fixed term contract of 2 years, as this role is a maternity coverHybrid working with flexible working hoursAnnual bonus and annual salary reviewCafeteria (flexible benefits)Commuting support (company shuttle buses from Budapest and surrounding towns of Gödöllő, or fuel support if using your own car)Group life and accident insurance packageVoluntary pension fund contributionPaid parental and caregiver leaveModern and clean working environment with an innovative cultureFor further information watch our video summarizing our benefits:Why GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
