This is a varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on operational engagement.What You'll DoAs QHSE Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of QHSE and operational teams to:Support the development and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE documentationConduct internal, supplier and subcontractor audits in line with audit plansParticipate in and lead ISO and client auditsPrepare and review Quality & HSE Plans, Bridging Documents and Risk AssessmentsFacilitate risk assessments and job safety analysis sessions with project teamsSupport QHSE elements of pre-qualifications, tenders and client submissionsMaintain accurate QHSE records and client databasesDeliver office orientations and new hire inductionsCoordinate QHSE training and health surveillance with the People teamProduce QHSE reports and facilitate QHSE meetingsConduct site visits across offices, workshops and vessels. What You'll NeedYou're a confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels of an organisation and across diverse cultures. You're organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities and the following expertise:Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standardsExperience in operational QHSE roles within Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind or Maritime environmentsUnderstanding of relevant health, safety and environmental legislationNEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)Lead ISO Auditor qualificationLead Incident Investigator qualification (e.g., Kelvin TopSet)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and MandarinProfessional institute membership is advantageous.
