Sanpak delivers precision-engineered components that meet OE specifications, incorporating the latest technologies and adhering to rigorous safety and performance standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site QMS Coordinator role based in Lahore. The QMS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This includes conducting internal audits, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, ensuring documentation control, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. The QMS Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to ensure quality standards are met and will provide training and support on quality management practices.QualificationsExperience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including conducting internal audits and maintaining documentation controlStrong knowledge of quality assurance processes and industry standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in process improvement methods and techniquesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fieldKey responsibilitiesSystem management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System and its related processes. Oversee the creation, review, approval, and distribution of quality-related documents. Audits: Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Continuous improvement: Analyze data to identify trends, facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Training: Coordinate and provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, performance, and audit findings. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production and development, to integrate quality processes and address quality issues. Skills and qualificationsProficiency in Quality Management Systems and relevant standards like ISO 9001.Strong organizational and communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with electronic document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
