The Quality Analyst will perform quality assurance and quality control tasks to ensure operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating processes, providing feedback to improve outcomes, and ensuring compliance with quality management standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.Job DescriptionConduct daily monitoring, reviews and assessments, prepare documentation, measure quality performance of moderatorsReview track and manage implementation & efficiency of all quality monitoring procedures and systemsConduct reviews of individual / team capability to ensure quality performance met targets + provide ongoing training on new policiesReview client claims and non-compliance issuesConduct data analysis to identify areas for improvementIdentify and implement best practice appropriate and applicable to improving overall qualityDevelop, recommend and monitor corrective & preventive actionsEvaluate and audit team quality including both internal and external reportsCheck and validate findings, implement appropriate corrective actionsMaintain standards and performance quality for all service providedMaintain good communication with development teams to improve business processes RequirementBachelor’s Degree or Higher in any fieled. 1 years’ experience in Content Moderator, QA or any position in Customer Services is advantage.New Gards are welcome.Good at English communication (Eng - C1 Level +)Laos native or Laos speaker in near native lavel.Proficient at detecting patterns, observing and interpreting data, integrate new information and decisions based on data-orientedProficient skills with MS Office and Google ProductsExperienced with giving / providing training of any kindWorks independently with minimal supervisionWorking Conditions:Shift work: 8hr/day, 5 days a week.
