Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We’re building a platform from scratch and we are aiming high!This is an amazing opportunity to challenge ourselves and explore beyond the limits of our knowledge.We are looking to extend our newly formed R&D team with Quality Assurance Automation Lead with a strong background in automation who will be the main pillar around which the QA team and processes will be built.Our stack is: AWS, Java Spring, React, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL.Your Responsibilities• Set and enforce the QA standards in the RND team• Design and build our automation framework• Lead and mentor our testing engineers• Focus toward quality analysis instead of fault detection• Assess continual improvement opportunities, including test automation• Work with Devs and DevOps on the incorporation of QA processes into the automated pipelines for CI/CD• Active participation in all SDLC processes and ceremoniesOur RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have the guts and the experience to jump into the deep, ask all the right questions and shape the right solutions out of the fog of uncertainty.• 5+ years managing a QA team• Demonstrated success leading quality over complex products with 3rd party integrations• Experience with Selenium or other test automation frameworks• Experience with Java or other programming language• Past experience building automation frameworks• Understanding of Agile development in a Cloud environment• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills• Critical thinking and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer• Prompt and fair selection process;• Social benefits (Health insurance, Sports cards, Food vouchers);• Trainings, celebrations, team-buildings, fresh fruits and beverages, relax area;• Reward and recognition program;• Positive and professional working environment and opportunity to shine and develop in a company with high work standards and a lot of enthusiasm;• We take pride in fitting roles around people, and not vice versa;We will only contact the shortlisted applicants.
