They work closely with major aircraft manufacturers and airlines, supporting every stage from design through to production. They specialise in assembly work on aerostructures, including electrical cabinets and aircraft doors.We are now looking for an experienced Technical Quality Engineer to join their expanding team in Plovdiv.Job Profile for Technical Quality EngineerResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Use the company’s software for process tracking, documentation and follow-upConduct job audits and monitoring of the processes to ensure reliability and conformityMaintain NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program) assembly accreditationAnalyse and improve processes to ensure optimal performanceInspect and support the qualification team for official records in the databaseUpdate and maintain follow-up files for qualificationPrepare audit reports, manage action plans, and follow up on improvementsCoordinate and support internal and external process auditsDefine the approach to controlling manufacturing processes and testsValidate all technical and quality-related documentation within scopeReport to the company’s Technical Quality Supervisor and collaborate with all departmentsApply quality tools such as RCCA, 5 Whys, and 8D to resolve technical issuesCandidate Profile for Technical Quality EngineerMust be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spokenBachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial qualityAbility to read and interpret technical documentation is essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of quality, production management, and safety standardsFamiliarity with aeronautical standards and operator qualification processesExperience with problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysisExperienced in test inspector recognition proceduresAnalytical, organised, and methodical approach to workProactive attitude, with strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyCustomer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality standardsWhat Our Client OffersCompetitive compensation and benefits packageGift vouchers for personal events200 BGN food vouchers4 BGN per day individual food subsidy to the factory canteen, and complimentaryrefreshing drinks (coffee, tea)Additional health insurance with dental care includedAn additional up to 3 days leave between public holidays in the calendar yearExcellent working conditions and the opportunity to be part of and develop professionally in a company that meets the highest working standards in the aviation industryTeam eventsTransport allowance for living outside the organised transport routeWork in an energetic and motivated team of professionalsBlue Lynx Careers EOOD is a registered provider of recruitment services with Licence No. 3173/06.07.2021, valid without expiry date.
