We are professional, creative, passionate, and most importantly - customer-obsessed.We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to assess the quality of our web application through Manual & Automation testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches with the initial level of RCA. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.You WillCreate, Execute and Maintain test plans thoroughly to qualify product releases and featuresDo initial RCA on bugs found using developer tools - network and console tabs, GCP server logs, SQL analysis etcReport bugs and errors using Jira with in depth details to help engineering team identify and fix the issueHelp reproduce bugs raised externallyExecute extended/edge cases around the main use case to help evolve the test plansWork with development team to keep Test plans up to date with new changesContribute to the existing automation framework. Triage and fix failing tests and keep them up to date with product changesAbout YouProven 2+ years of experience as a Automation and Manual Tester, testing responsive web pagesExperience in testing on different OS platforms and browsersExperience in testing RBAC/permission models a plusWorking experience with tools like Jira, Chrome Developer tools etc. to report and troubleshoot errorsStrong knowledge of web based applications workingsStrong organisational skills and thoroughness in executing test plansAttention to detail and an analytical mind to come up with hard to find edge casesExperience working in agile teams with multiple product releases per weekComfortable working with Python or Java, Exposure to REST APIs is a plusExcellent communication skillsExperience in testing mobile applications a plusBE/BTech/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldCompensation & BenefitsCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
