Specializing in end-to-end test automation with Playwright and Vitest, you will focus on debugging, optimizing QA processes, and applying Agile Testing principles to drive efficiency and reliability across our platform.At Procure AI, ensuring seamless performance and robust software quality is at the core of what we do, and your skills will play a crucial role in elevating our testing capabilities.You will be part of both our Tech Team and our Solution Delivery Team.Impact & OwnershipImprove and automate end-to-end testing and quality-management processes to ensure product reliabilityDiagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, including root-cause analysis from logs / error messagesRespond to customer issues (via Intercom / similar) and support customer success in triaging issuesDevelop scalable, reliable software in collaboration with product, infrastructure, and senior engineering teamsMaintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and workflowsMake data-driven decisions on how to improve system stability and reliabilityRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience in QA and quality management, ideally in reliability engineeringDebugging skills and familiarity with debugging toolsProgramming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript)Experience in agile development (Scrum)Fluent in English & GermanAbility to operate independently and in a cross-functional team(Nice to have) Knowledge of TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQLBased in Hamburg preferred; some travel possibleWhat Will You GetA remote work environment where you can choose to work from anywhere within the UTC to UTC+3 time zones, giving you maximum flexibilityRegular team offsites across Europe30 days of vacationUp to 2 months of “work from anywhere” (within timezone-friendly regions)A competitive salary package based on your experience, including ESOPsProfessional development opportunitiesA high degree of ownership and room for creativityProcure Ai is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
