Quality Assurance Manager

With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, we are committed to excellence and continuous improvement.Your Responsibilities:Leading and managing the Quality Department to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.Acting as the primary customer representative for all plant-level quality concerns.Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production and supplier quality processes.Overseeing PPAP/APQP deliverables and maintaining quality documentation.Managing internal audits and supporting external audits.Coordinating corrective actions and root cause analysis for non-conformities.Monitoring key quality metrics (PPM, PRR, FTQ) and implementing improvement plans.Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure product and process compliance.Your Profile:Education: Degree in Engineering or related technical field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in automotive quality management.Knowledge: Strong understanding of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies (8D).Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Languages: Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).We Offer:Competitive salary and performance bonus.Private medical care and life insurance.Relocation support (if applicable).Professional development opportunities and training.A dynamic, international work environment.Why Join Us?Be part of a team shaping the future of mobility.
