Quality Assurance Manager (Crypto.com APP)

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.Job SummaryThe QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in software testing and quality processes. The QA Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams to define quality strategies, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvementKey ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovationDevelop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goalsOversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testingCollaborate closely with Product, Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycleDefine QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvementDrive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracyEstablish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practicesManage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluationCoordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needsLead efforts for CI/CD pipeline integration, ensuring automated testing supports agile development and frequent releasesStay current with emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s capabilitiesHandle escalations related to quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actionsRequired QualificationsExperience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageousFamiliarity with cloud platforms and containerized environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese is a mustLife @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
