You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.Position Overview:Quince’s promise to our consumer is to provide High Quality Products, Radically Priced and Responsibly Made.Quince’s innovative M2C supply chain model allows for Quince to have a lower environmental impact by reducing the amount of unsold/unused product that goes into landfills and ensures that every product made lasts for years. We select manufacturing partners that adhere to the highest standards in addressing labor and environmental topics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee QC operations and provide guidance to QC staff at the fulfillment center, sample receiving, proper document filing and record keeping.Ensure work of staff is in compliance with good documentation practices.Prepare and submit daily QC reports, timely completion and collection of inspection reports, as required.Interact with field QC managers and Mfg. partners to ensure quality of all products and services, resolve issues and improvement when needed.Manage sample submission to 3rd party laboratories in supporting product performance research and product improvement initiatives.Develop and implement QC training programs.Collaborate with QA/QC, Sourcing, Logistics and 3rd party fulfillment partners in day-to-day operations to ensure product quality and best customer experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field5+ years of proven experience in quality control.
