该职位来源于猎聘 本岗位可以居家办公，出差比率40-50%，需要英文听说读写都能作为工作语言的 Role Summary:Lead and drive the execution of Supplier Quality & Development objectives to assure the compliance of supplier quality system and supplier excellence.Lead and drive day-to-day operational objectives for new supplier qualification, new part qualification, supplier development, fast quality issue solving, supplier cost recovery, supplier PPM, high-risk supplier audits and improvements. Job Responsibilities Description:Provide guidance, coaching or training to internal Factory SQE and external suppliers based on supplier quality vision, mission, supplier quality manual, procedures, standard works, templates, and quality tools.Make and execute annual audit & performance review plan in monthly/quarterly basis focusing on selected top international suppliers based on last year’s supplier PPM, escapes, and purchase parts amount.Oversee supplier PPM monthly results and drive improvements with lesson learnt sharing or supports.Oversee supplier cost recovery monthly results and drive implementation with guidance or supports.Conduct quality system audit for new international(cross-region) supplier qualification.Conduct process audit for international supplier’s new part qualification and pilot production.Conduct process audit or QS audit for high-risk supplier improvementConduct on-factory root cause analysis and fast problem solving when received Factory SQE’s escalation of the urgent and important international supplier quality issue.And other assignments. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3~5 years’ supplier quality management experience.Good English speaking and writing.Self-driven and teamwork.Skilled use of MS office, Power BI for quality data analysis, and quality tools such as quality system audit, process audit, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, Mistake Proofing for zero escape, QC7, and so on.Understands management approaches such as scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
