Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.作为公司的质量代表，定义并维护质量标准； 2.推动质量系统、程序和控制计划的提升； 3.领导公司事业部品质工程师并促进其发展； 4.通过早期参与DFM、FMEA和CER的审查/批准，与客户质量需求保持一致； 5.领导解决和预防品质问题，包括客户投诉和反馈； 6.控制ECN流程并领导品质问题分析； 7.督促各部门持续提升产品质量。 任职资格： 1.本科以上学历, 工程技术相关专业； 2.英语读写熟练, 口语可基本沟通； 3.十年以上质量管理经验； 4.精通统计过程控制和质量管理体系； 5.具备优秀的沟通和领导能力。
