该职位来源于猎聘 PURPOSE OF JOB: QC Team Leader responsible for developing effective and efficient quality methods, maintaining documentation throughout the Quality processes. The holder of this position manages the day-to-day activities of team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects with regard to Quality tasks as well as ensure compliance with all cGxP, regulatory and HSE aspects. The QC Team Lead also provides supervision, technical assistance and scheduling to quality assurance technicians and associates. Responsibilities:Promote and improve the Safety and Quality cultures within area of responsibility. Ensure overall inspection readiness for area of responsibilityGuarantee the effectiveness of the QC test Plan within area of responsibilityQC of products & monitoring of processes and facilities. Timely handling and settlement of deviationsTimely update of SOPs; timely delivery of documentsCoordinate quality assurance activities (e.g., audits, training, purchasing, etc.)Coaching tasks, Provide technical assistance and training to QC personnelConduct auditsVerify operations quality control systems are functional and being followedPlace product on hold, release or disposition as necessary while adhering to policy and procedureEvaluate reclaimed productsCoordinate resolution of customer complaints as necessaryEnsure Quality Management practices are followedComplete analytical reviews of product Qualifications & Requirements:Biological/microbiological analytics or diagnostics including growth properties of micro-organisms and culture media preparation; quality control/ assurance in pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology, especially with regard to environmental monitoring and cleanliness zonesUniversity degree with a scientific / technological background (e.g. Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent)Managing resources; Laboratory equipment; Quality Control (QC) Testing; Quality Control Sampling; Knowledge of TQM and related industry GxP standards and processes; Laboratory Excellence; Quality decision making. MS Office applications and other standard IT applications supporting Quality activities8+ years related experience with 5+ years in management. Complete understanding of Quality Practices and safe practices and proceduresGood leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, critical thinking, short to long-term planning, analytical and organizational skills required.Ability to read, write and speak fluent EnglishAbility to prioritize and manage tasksFamiliar with ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO22301 management systemProblem Solving skills
