Be part of a company where your work directly contributes to better health outcomes and a healthier world.Why Join Getz Pharma as a Quality Assurance Manager?Be a Key Leader in Quality ExcellenceLead and mentor a team ensuring compliance with local and international standards (ISO, GMP, FDA), while managing validation, audits, and quality data across multiple sites.Work with QA leadership to design, implement, and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).Supervise across different sites, provide coaching, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training programs on GMP, GDPMDD, ISO 9001, and RQA standards.Drive Compliance and Continuous ImprovementSpearhead quality initiatives and process improvements that directly impact product safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Handle deviation and change management procedures, lead Environmental Management System (EMS) programs, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives through cross-functional coordination.Lead Internal and External AuditsAct as internal auditor and lead audits with clients, third-party service providers, and government agencies (FDA/PDEA). Manage CAPAs, follow up on non-conformities, and ensure timely and effective corrective actions.Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, gaining exposure and leadership in both internal and external audits.Be a Driving Force Behind Safe and Trusted HealthcareTake a leading role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing that directly impacts the lives of millions across the Philippines.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or any other related field.3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Management Systems.Strong background in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Safety Reporting.Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, GDPMDD, and FDA regulatory inspections.
