Oversee food safety and quality across nine production and partner sites. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, External Manufacturing QRC and serves as the on-site authority for quality, food safety, audits, and incident response.What You’ll Do:Own PEP, HACCP, GMPs, EMMP, sanitation, and overall site complianceLead Quality Design Reviews for innovation and capital projectsDrive investigations, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actionsMaintain audit-ready status across all assigned sitesTrain teams on food safety, quality systems, and regulatory expectationsManage product holds, complaints, and traceability eventsPartner with cross-functional and external teams to protect product integrityWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field3+ years in food manufacturing quality/food safety (5+ preferred)Knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, GFSI/SQF, GMPs, and regulatory requirementsStrong auditing, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsAbility to influence at all levels and travel across multiple sitesHACCP, SQF, PCQI certifications preferredExperience with SAP, QIMS, and Microsoft Office a plusProduct Backgrounds That Fit:Chocolate, confectionery, baking, dairy, beverage, aseptic, nut roasting, low/intermediate water activity foods, snacks, and similar environments.
