We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our quality processes and will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's success and reputation as a market leader.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulationsConduct internal audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvementReview and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are effectively communicated throughout the organizationCollaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturingAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for corrective actionCoordinate and conduct training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirementsAct as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related field; a Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environmentProficiency in quality assurance tools and softwareStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English
