Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

We are representing a reputable general contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across the UAE.Our client is looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join their project team. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, attention to detail, and ensuring that every aspect of construction meets the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project-specific quality assurance and control procedures.Conduct inspections for incoming materials and on-site construction works.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories for testing and approvals.Maintain comprehensive documentation of inspections, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site quality performance.Candidate Profile and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant Gulf experience in QA/QC within the construction sector.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and material testing.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple quality control activities.What Great Looks LikeThe ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and proactive - someone who ensures that every stage of the project meets technical and regulatory standards without compromise.
