What You’ll Be Leading:- Spot checks, milestone testing, and final acceptance of fiber deployments- Escalation and enforcement of quality standards across Outside Plant operations- Maintenance of “As Built” documentation and training materials- Periodic audits and compliance verification- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting- Internal and external training initiatives for your team What We Expect You to Bring:- B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering (2.2/Upper Credit atleast) - 5+ years experience in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works- Strong command of fiber standards, materials, and operations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD/Visio; GIS is a plus- CFOT certification is an advantage You’re Someone Who Is:- Tenacious, resilient, and action-oriented- Tech-savvy and results-driven- A strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills- Detail-obsessed and analytical- A natural leader and team builder- Customer-focused with strong communication skills📍 Location: Lagos State/ Hybrid Job🕒 Schedule: Weekdays, 8am–5pm ✈️ Travel: As required👉 Ready to lead quality transformation in fiber infrastructure?
