Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Rawalpindi. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and managing overall quality control and management procedures. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product standards while meeting regulatory and company requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processesExperience in Quality Management and implementing quality standardsStrong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelinesSkills in conducting Quality Auditing and related activitiesDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsThe candidate must be willing to work on shiftwise working hoursBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related fieldMin 3 years experince in FMCG Industry (Food Manufacturing Unit)Industry certifications in quality assurance or auditing are a plusWe offer market compatible compansation package and a condusive working environment.
