Quality Assurance Test Engineer with French

We are working with the largest private and public institutions to deliver IT services and solutions.Being an entrepreneurial digital services group with a Human-Sized Tech Company, we are built by passionate experts and led by seasoned leaders in IT and digital transformation.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality application releases.• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing as per project requirements.• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in collaboration with development teams using tools like JIRA or TestRail.• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.• Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright and Tosca.• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards in the banking sector.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.Expertise on:Solid expertise in test management tools.In-depth understanding of various testing types and strategies, including: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing (Smoke, Regression, UAT), Non-functional Testing (Performance, Security).Proficiency with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Karate, Gatling, k6, JMeter, or similar.Good working knowledge of development languages like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.Strong experience with test automation within CI pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Git, and Docker.Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo).Professional experience in quality assurance and test management processes.Fluent in English and French both spoken and written.Nice to have: demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and implementing Agile testing practices.We offer:Competitive salary and the opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a differenceThe chance to continuously evolve as a professionalMedical insurance & Meal tickets.CIM/B2BFull Remote!cristina.voicu@easydo.co
