Quality Control Engineer

Job Description* The role will include manual and automation testing, with automation testing including Web and Mobile automation.* Responsible for ensuring high product quality across web and mobile platforms.* Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and frameworks.* Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies and plans.* Support junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual testing and test automation.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business (product) and technical (development and DevOps), to integrate testing into the development lifecycle and to take decisions regarding quality, scope and timeline of releases.* Apply manual testing and develop and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications, using tools like Selenium and Appium.Job Requirement* 2-4 years of experience in software QC plus experience in test automation.* Proficient in web and mobile automation testing with **Selenium**, **Appium**, or relevant testing frameworks.* Proficient with testing scripting in at least one of language of C#, Java, or Python.* Familiarity with C++ or JavaScript.* Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems.* Understanding of REST APIs and backend testing.* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Familiarity and experience using performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
