The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance procedures, conduct regular inspections and testing to maintain product standards, and ensure compliance with established quality protocols. The role involves supervising quality control processes, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns. The position also includes maintaining detailed records of quality inspections and providing training on quality standards to team members. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a teamExpertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processesStrong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality issuesExperience with Laboratory Skills, including testing and measuring equipmentExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) preferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage
