We design and manufacture a wide range of innovative connectors as well as cable assemblies for diverse applications including server, storage, data center, mobile, RF, networking, industrial, business equipment, and automotive.Location: Valley Green, PAPosition: Quality CoordinatorPosition Summary: The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Department by coordinating and completing the documentation needed in the day to day operations of the department including, but not limited to, calibration, inventory paperwork, processing Customer and Supplier returns, metric reporting (KPIs) and data entry to maintain the follow of the product through the department.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining inventory with Quality Department and making necessary inventory in ERP system (Dynamics AX)Prepares equipment for calibration and enters calibration records into calibration softwareProcess returns from customers along with paperwork and coordinates rework activity through ManufacturingProcess Supplier returns with internal complaints databaseCompletes administrative paperwork for the department while checking for accuracyMaintains a high levels of accuracy in daily operationsPromote safety and demonstrate safe work habitsAssist with maintaining an organized departmentWork with other departments in controlling work flow to meet internal and external customer requirementsAmy other duties assigned by the Quality ManagerRequirementsMicrosoft Office and Computer skills requiredMicrosoft Access Database experience a plusMicrosoft Dynamics AX experience a plusSome experience in a Quality manufacturing settingDemonstrated written and oral communication skillsEmbraces personal and professional developmentDesire to make own decisions and take responsibility for outcomeAdvanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignmentsSelf-starting abilityStrong team player, ability to work with other employeesThis position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls.
