Quality Engineer — Omaha, Nebraska (Relocation Available)We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing client in the Midwest expanding their quality function. If you’re a hands-on Quality Engineer who thrives on improving processes, solving problems, and leading change, this role offers real ownership and visibility.What You’ll DoLead quality systems and compliance initiatives (ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP).Partner with Engineering and Operations to drive root cause and corrective actions.Implement LEAN tools to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.Support supplier quality assurance and conduct capability assessments.Develop control plans and standards to ensure lasting improvement.Train, mentor, and align Quality Coordinators and team members on best practices.What You Bring3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication quality.Background in APQP, LEAN, and quality system management.Welding and weld inspection experience preferred.Strong analytical, leadership, and training capabilities.ASQ certification a plus.Additional DetailsLocation: Omaha, NebraskaRelocation: Available for candidates, Midwest preferredSponsorship: Not available.Third-party, Corp-to-Corp, or agency submissions will not be considered.Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status.
