Your JobThe Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoQuality Champion for the plantSupport and guide investigations and corrective actions setting for customer claimsDrive management of change, continuous improvement and quality actions across different departmentsResponsible for QMS and provide training and support to other personnel when neededMonitor and drive improvements to process and product as well as customer satisfactionLead planned and unplanned customer visits as well as supplier quality assessmentEnsure alignment of processes with SOPs and ISO 9001Lead internal audit programsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.Excellent command of EnglishA flexible can-do positive attitude with a contribution mindset to identify opportunities to continually improve and transform yourself and the businessDemonstrate an ability to work autonomously and self-motivationKeen attention to detailsAbility to communicate at all levels at plant, customer and supplierAbility to influence a wide range of people at different areasWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in manufacturing environmentExperience in ISO 9001, IATF16949, FMEA , Control Plans, 8D, MSAAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
