Our newly established Bursa Plant is rapidly growing and specializes in manufacturing complete kits (seats and interior trims) for OEMs. Join us in shaping the future of vehicle interiors!Role Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer to actively support all quality processes and drive continuous improvement. As part of our global organization, the ideal candidate contributes with a positive mindset, fair attitude, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and monitor quality assurance and control processes in production.Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.Maintain and improve quality system documentation.Plan and execute product and process audits.Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare 8D reports and update customer portals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Automotive preferred).Experience in automotive quality processes.Knowledge of quality systems and tools: FMEA, APQP, MSA, 8D, PPAP, SPC, IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 9001.Familiarity with measurement techniques and problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Fish Bone, etc.).Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Good command of English (both written and spoken).Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.Why Join Us?At Snoeks Automotive, you’ll be part of a global, innovative team that values growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
