Our innovative approach ensures we meet the dynamic needs of our partners and the evolving market.Role DescriptionThe Quality Manager is a confident, process-driven leader who leads by example and enforces company standards without compromise. This person ensures work instructions are followed exactly as documented, and when deviations occur, they take immediate action—whether that means stopping the line or disciplining inappropriate behavior. They help plan future production and drive team success through structure, attention to detail, and a deep belief in process discipline. Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Establish, monitor, and analyze key quality indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Conduct internal quality audits and manage external audits from clients or regulatory bodies.Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure calibration, testing, and inspection tools are properly maintained and used.Train teams on quality standards and act as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations.Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated quality processes.Ensure compliance with ESD, GSP, ISO, and other relevant certifications and client standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing or technical services industries.Familiarity with ISO 9001, ESD, and Good Storage/Distribution Practices (GSP).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Intermediate/Advanced English (B2 or higher).Required Skills:Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methodologies.Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data interpretation.Leadership under pressure and team development.Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience.
