We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position.Responsibilities and requirements are listed below: Quality Manager- Mexico(Station in Guadalajara, Mexico)Responsibilities:Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team at the Mexico plant, overseeing Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Project QA, Production QA, and Customer Quality.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the QA department, ensuring continuous improvement.Prepare and present the monthly quality report.Manage customer audits and third-party audits related to the QA section, and provide guidance and training to suppliers.Mentor team members to meet quality standards within the automotive industry.Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher.Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.Ability to address quality issues and communicate effectively with both external (customers and suppliers) and internal cross-functional teams (CFT).A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE), Process Engineering (PE), or supervisory roles within the PMDC or related automotive industries.Expertise in quality tools, including the 7 QC tools and the five core automotive tools (APQP & CP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP). Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
