Quality System Specialist

We are looking for a Quality System Specialist to join us in maintaining and developing smart work methods enabling us to deliver mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems across the globe.As an ideal candidate, you are experienced in supporting professionals in developing their work methods and processes, facilitating change, monitoring compliance, and executing internal audits.You are a very good communicator, able to harmonise various viewpoints, have a keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor our quality management systemFacilitate change managementFacilitate root cause analyses and the resolution of incidents and nonconformitiesPlan and execute internal and external audits, support other internal auditorsPromote awareness of quality management across the companyProfessional RequirementsUniversity degree in a technical domainExperience in a regulatory industryExperience with ISO 9001Experience in conducting internal auditsExperience in process developmentStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProfessional level verbal and written English skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in working with ISO 27001Experience with risk managementExperience with project managementWho we areTern Systems is an established and trusted provider of Air Traffic Management solutions, and operates in a competitive industry that is highly standardised and regulated.
