We are looking for candidates who fit in with our culture – see our manifesto:DO SOMETHING AMAZINGCreating spaces for users, not designersFirst comes understanding, then comes planning, finally we start creatingIf it’s looking familiar, we approach it from a different angleEnvisioning concepts that look good and work greatCommunicating clearly and effectivelyEnthusiasm to create, creating enthusiasmSurprising people and making them happyBuilding lasting relationshipsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESQuantity Surveying / Renovation Project Support:Generate renovation quotations, variation orders (VOs), and invoices based on design specifications and site changesCollaborate with designers and project managers to ensure cost estimates and variations are accurate and timelyTrack project budgets and monitor cost developments throughout the project lifecycleAssist in obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and contractorsAdministrative & Office Support:Data Entry – Key in and verify sales and purchase invoices using Xero accounting softwareFiling – Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and hardcopy) for all key documents including contracts, quotations, invoices, and approved design materialsAccounting Support – Prepare, analyse, and monitor budgets and department expenses on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; present findings to Directors for fund planningSocial Media Support – Assist in creating and posting basic content for company social media (e.g., project photos, company updates, design insights)QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCESDiploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field0 - 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to applyProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Good command of English; strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyComfortable working with numbers and preparing basic financial reportsInterest/experience in interior design, renovation, or project management is an added advantageHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates are invited to send their CV and a short introduction email to support@globaloca.asia
