Key Responsibilities:1. Employer Branding & Recruitment MarketingDevelop and execute the global employer branding strategy aligned with company values and talent goals.Create content campaigns (articles, posts, videos, visuals) to attract talent on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and gaming communities.Manage the careers page / social media presence and ensure consistent tone and visual identity across all platforms.Partner with TA team to plan and launch recruitment campaigns for key hiring roles (design, engineering, QA, etc.).Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, application quality) and provide monthly branding performance reports.2. Internal Communication & Intranet ContentOwn and manage content on the Global Intranet — news, employee spotlights, events, HR campaigns.Collaborate with HRBP to publish policy updates, recognition programs, and global announcements.Support internal campaigns (e.g., Women’s Day, Game Jam, Year-End Party, Referral Drive) with creative visuals and storytelling.Design and manage templates, banners, and communication materials for HR and Operations.3. Culture & EngagementPartner with HRBP and Operations to enhance employee experience through storytelling and internal engagement activities.Drive employee participation campaigns (photo contests, feedback walls, kudos boards, etc.).Support onboarding with welcome videos and cultural content for new hires.Capture and share real stories that reflect our diversity, passion, and innovation.4. Branding Consistency & Visual IdentityMaintain consistent brand tone and visual style across all employer-facing channels.Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines in every campaign and internal communication.Liaise with design or art teams when advanced visuals or motion assets are required.Required Qualifications:Must-Have2–4 years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, or Communications, preferably in the tech or game industry.Strong skills in content creation (writing, editing, visual direction, social media storytelling).Familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytics tools.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Good coordination and communication skills — comfortable collaborating across regions and departments.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma for creative design.Understanding of recruitment marketing trends and talent personas in game or IT.Basic knowledge of HTML / CMS platforms (e.g., Notion, SharePoint, WordPress, Confluence).Experience managing photo/video shoots or internal events.⸻Key CompetenciesCreative storytelling with strong attention to brand tone.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics.Project ownership and proactive communication.High sense of aesthetics and detail orientation.Passion for gaming, art, or tech culture is a big plus.⸻Success IndicatorsGrowth in social engagement and career site traffic.Consistent content cadence across internal & external platforms.Positive feedback from employees and hiring managers on communication quality.Increased inbound candidate quality and application rate.
