Quantity Surveyor

Job Purpose:Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for civil strengthening and rehabilitation projects, including structural retrofitting, concrete repair, carbon fiber reinforcement, epoxy injection, and other strengthening techniques.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation, with at least 3 years in civil strengthening / rehabilitation works.Strong knowledge of structural repair, retrofitting, FRP systems, epoxy injection, grouting, and protective coatings.Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, CCS, Excel, or similar).Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Previous experience in GCC projects.Familiarity with international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, or equivalent).Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and FilipinoCandidate must be locally available in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
