Quantity Surveyor

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.Administer contracts including tendering, bidding evaluations, and documentation.Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely award of subcontracts.Evaluate, negotiate, and certify contractors’ claims, variations, progress payments, and final accounts.Provide accurate cost reporting and advise project teams on commercial and contractual matters.Ensure compliance with FIDIC and EPCC/Design & Build contract requirements.Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to optimize project costs.Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and cost-related issues.Support project managers in ensuring projects are delivered within cost, time, and quality targets.RequirementsMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.At least 5 years’ direct involvement in EPCC projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC and EPCC/Design & Build contracts.Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
