Location: Offshore (Rotational Assignment)Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore HSE Supervisor/Lead to join our team. This role involves working on top-notch, state-of-the-art vessels with a tremendously progressive opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a valid passport and be willing to work on a rotational assignment, and will work closely with the Project Management Team, Vessel Manager, and Operations daily.

Responsibilities: Visit vessels during port calls, mobilizations, and demobilizations in the Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad, Guyana, and Northeast US Coast. Provide internal training on management systems, risk assessment, and permit to work procedures. Ensure annual control and re-certification of safety equipment. Conduct permit to work audits during onboard visits. Report vessel visit findings and provide course certificates after training sessions. Review safety observation cards, job safety analyses, and toolbox talks. Manage personal protective equipment inventory. Promote safety reporting and liaise with contractor HSE personnel. Participate in or lead incident investigations and execute walkabouts/inspections.

Ensure all HSE requirements are effectively implemented on board the vessel. Support the HSEQ onshore department as required. Qualifications: Must be US Citizen / US Perm ResidentHigh school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience on offshore support or construction vessels. Training in working and rescue at height according to ANSI Z359. 2. Competent in fall prevention equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work strategically, analytically, and solution-oriented. Demonstrates integrity and open, honest communication. Focus on improving routines and solutions. Working Conditions: Offshore rotational assignment. Must have a valid passport.
