Job Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the branding and marketing initiatives as assigned from a group of three restaurant brands, one grocery brand, and holding company. This role involves developing marketing materials for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Branding:

Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, flyers, menus, packaging, indoor & outdoor signage, and promotional materials. Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets for the restaurant and grocery brands. Create and update visual content for websites, social media platforms, and in-store displays. Digital & Print Production: Prepare print-ready files for production, ensuring high-quality outputs. Design and optimize digital assets for various platforms, including mobile and web applications. Work with printers and vendors to ensure the accuracy and quality of final materials. Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the brand team to brainstorm and execute campaign visuals. Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from brand managers and brand stakeholders. Assist in developing creative strategies to enhance customer engagement through visuals. Multimedia & Motion Graphics: Create simple animations or motion graphics for digital campaigns and social media. Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing content. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
