该职位来源于猎聘 1、采购、物流、供应链管理基础知识、项目管理流程、法律法规、期货基础知识、财务基础知识、质量管理基础知识 2、有良好的职业道德、沟通协调能力、商务谈判能力、经营及战略规划能力；3、供应链风险管理：经营性采购管理师需要应对供应链中的各种风险，包括供应商的可靠性、原材料价格波动、运输延误等。所以必须建立稳固的供应链关系，进行持续的供应商评估，并制定应急预案。 4、成本控制与质量保证：需要在价格和质量之间找到平衡点，既要确保采购的物料和服务符合质量标准，又要在预算范围内进行采购。需要具备出色的谈判技巧、市场调研能力以及对产品和服务的深刻理解。
