Budgeting & Reporting Officer

Raibal Holding is looking for a skilled and detail oriented Budgeting & Reporting Officer to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Location: FujairahExperience: 3–5 years in budgeting, reporting, or financial analysisEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldKey Responsibilities: Financial ReportingPrepare timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies. Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports, including KPIs.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in the annual budgeting process and consolidate departmental inputs. Align departmental budgets with strategic objectives. Monitor actual vs. budget performance; recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with departments to resolve budget-related concerns. Process Improvement & ComplianceContinuously improve budgeting and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards. Stay informed on changes in financial reporting regulations and practices. Financial Analysis & InsightsAnalyze financial data for cost-saving and revenue enhancement opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to support key business decisions. Contribute to strategic planning through financial forecasts and analysis.

Team Collaboration & SupportWork closely with cross-functional teams for accurate budget input and reporting. Mentor junior finance team members in budgeting/reporting best practices. Support audit processes by providing necessary financial documentation. What We’re Looking ForProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. ). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. CPA, CMA, or CFA certifications are a plus (not mandatory).
