He/She will participate in daily activities and will be involved in specific projects. The internship's duration is 6 months. Tripartite contract with the school is mandatoryEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperations Support the integration of W&J division within new ERP and new IT initiative implementations Manage component inventory transfers (coordinate return from markets, reconciliation of inventory over different plants) Provide monthly reports and analysis of finished products, components and non-merchandise stock levels globally Support non-merchandise (packaging, selling tools, ...) flows (buying and distribution) Oversee master data creation in SAP Contribute to update logistic procedures After Sales Implement component billing process Create an after-sales support kits Coordinate implementation of regional after-sales policy liaising with Legal Identify potential fine jewelry service centers Define fine jewelry after sales policy Sourcing Provide business analysis at SKU level to support sourcing forecast Analyze components consumption to recommend when new buy is required Attend and support in the sales & operations planning meeting Others Coordinate product shipments for regional events and after sales service needsExperience, Skills & Knowledge Student in bachelor or master's in engineering or supply chain management Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel Attention to detail Team player Ability to multitask Able to work on own initiative and to be proactive Fluent in English, any other language is an asset School convention is mandatory for this role
