RAN Backoffice Engineer

We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior RAN Backoffice engineers with advance knowledge of telecommunications networks including Wireless (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), Ethernet, IP, TDM.Responsible for engineering design, planning and implementation of new RAN solutions/configurations, controllers (BSC/RNC) and 3rd/4th level troubleshooting.As part of our team, you will:Troubleshoot critical and complex cases (both standard and emergency types) involving multiple network elements;Prepare and implement major/critical risk work orders, mainly in maintenance interval;Software upgrade of BSC, RNC, Cloud Infrastructure;Automate repetitive tasks, participate in meetings with our advanced software team;Next level support for RAN BackOffice juniors.Required Skills/ExperienceAt least 4 years professional work experience;Advanced knowledge of wireless networks (2G,3G,4G,5G);Advanced MS Office, Excel/Word skills;Advanced knowledge of IP/MPLS;Knowledge of at least one programming language;Linux/Unix good skills and experience;Knowledge of SQL;Independence and initiative, willingness to learn and share their knowledge;Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences or mathematics from an accredited university;Resilience and team spirit;Advanced English language skills;High capacity to organize, analyse, and plan in order to meet deadlines and present data clearly and precisely.Nice to know/haveAdvanced communications and leadership skills to interact/coordinate investigations;Knowledge of hypervisors, like OpenStack, KVM, VMware;The basics of automation;Cisco and/or Juniper certifications or equivalent proven experience;A flexible, positive and creative attitude to change.
