RAPP is an integral part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, comprising 4,000 creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 40 global markets. We’re looking for an inspired, motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to oversee all aspects of the project including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of project.

In This Role You WillCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan with the project coordinator to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectSupport project coordinator to delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, slides, diagrams and process maps to document needsDocument lesson learned post project completionParticipate/support the agency in the recruitment process.

Ensure career growth of subordinates within his/her purview by ensuring ongoing performance review with defined/smart objectives. Manage conflicts between employees within his/her purview while ensuring a healthy working environment. Evaluates and promotes teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence and reports findings to discipline leads.
