The RCM Specialist will handle end-to-end revenue cycle management tasks, including medical billing, claim submissions, payment postings, and accounts receivable follow-ups. The role also requires monitoring claims for denials, performing necessary corrections, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately.QualificationsProficiency in Medical Billing, Claims Submission, and Accounts Receivable ManagementExperience with Payment Posting, Denial Management, and Revenue Cycle ProcessesKnowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and claim coding (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while managing priorities and meeting deadlinesFamiliarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management systemsBachelor's degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS1–2 years of RCM work experienceFlexibility to work US hours (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM– 1:00 AM)Based in Egypt (applications from other locations will not be considered)Excellent English (both written and spoken)Accepts salary offered 9,000 EGP/monthOwn laptop and stable internet connection.
