Skills RequirementExperience: 4+ years in Windows desktop supportTechnical Skills: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) RDS roles.Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Citrix/VMware Horizon (preferred).Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA troubleshooting.Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).FSLogix, GPO, PowerShell scripting.
