React Native Technical Lead

We are looking for a React Native Lead to oversee mobile application development and guide the engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture decisions, code quality, and delivering high-performance mobile solutions.⸻Key Responsibilities•Lead and mentor a team of React Native engineers.•Architect, design, and build cross-platform mobile applications.•Review code and ensure best practices, performance, and scalability.•Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.•Drive the full development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and release management.•Integrate APIs, third-party services, and native modules when needed.•Troubleshoot issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements.•Support hiring processes by participating in technical assessments and interviews.⸻Requirements•5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with React Native.•Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.•Solid understanding of mobile architecture, component structure, and state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).•Experience with native modules (Swift/Objective-C, Java/Kotlin) is a plus.•Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.•Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.).•Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.⸻Nice to Have•Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play.•Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or cloud-based mobile services.•Experience with analytics, deep linking, and mobile security practices.
