Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:This role leads Real Estate Workplace Operations Delivery in the Middle East consisting of three (3) Customer Units (CU Saudi Arabia, Gulf and MEA North) reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). In this role, the successful candidate will own the relationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the defined geography and be responsible for meeting users’ Workplace Experience needs, delivered through the inhouse team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, supply partner management and cost/budget management to achieve delivery of IFM & hospitality services, workplace management and sustainability objectives. You will work closely with Real Estate’s Portfolio & Project Management, IT, Security, EHS, Audit 7 compliance, Finance and local business units.If you're eager to contribute to real estate strategies and sustainability goals and drive successful alignment with internal targets, then this role is for you.What you will do: Own and build strategic relationships with senior leaders and influencers across all Ericsson businesses that enhance trust and confidence in the Real Estate Unit. Understand the business strategy/drivers and how RE impacts these. Be a RE ambassador. Advocate RE strategy and principles towards business leaders. Align workplace strategies, practices and operations with Global Real Estate strategies. Communicate to stakeholders regarding budget forecasting, space utilization metrics, RE strategies, workplace experience, and cost saving initiatives and be a trusted adviser to the business. Build and maintain a relationship based on TRUST and COLLABORATION with the IFM partner that ensures its active contribution to the role holder's tasks. Coordinate overall finance and cost control by budgeting and ensuring financial targets are met in your region. Close collaboration with Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management to achieve location strategies Close collaboration with internal and external partners and presentation of data to key stakeholders Drive stakeholder engagement including all Portfolio & Project Management matters Own and drive ESG risk, compliance & governance goals with close collaboration with IFM partner and internal partner functions.The skills you bring: Business Acumen. Exhibit strong integrity in business activities Exhibit Change & Improvement Leadership Skills Demonstrate ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment Demonstrate ability to leverage technology for innovation in relation to workplace services and the built environment Ability to use AI for data driven decision making Proficient in English both Spoken and written Have a BA, BSc, MSC, or similar Have 5-10 years of Real Estate workplace management experience, with both operational IFM and stakeholder management roles.
