The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Dubai real estate sales and a passion for helping clients buy and sell properties. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and staying updated on market trends and property values. Our ideal candidate will consistently enhance client experiences through exceptional service and support. As a commission-based role, your earning potential is Huge and is directly tied to your performance. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is a plus.Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and property values.Ability to conduct property viewings and negotiate sales contracts.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible with working hours and can meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience in the Dubai real estate market.Fluency in multiple languages: English, Hindi, Arabic, Malayali, Gujrati, Marathi, Tamil (At least two languages preferred).
