The sectors covered will be Grade A offices, Resi, and alternatives, with a focus on London. The role Build and update financial models to evaluate investment and development opportunitiesPrepare investment analyses, valuations, and business cases to support capital allocation decisionsAssist with acquisition processes, including due diligence and negotiations with external partiesConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysisAnalyse economic and market indicators impacting project returnsSupport the preparation of short-term and long-term financial forecastsPrepare materials and presentations for the Investment Committee, management, and partnersProduce quarterly valuations and performance tracking for individual projectsSupport business development initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and bank (re)financing discussionsContribute to monthly project reporting for senior management and the boardProvide analytical support across departments as required About You Strong analytical and financial modelling skillsRelevant degreeExperience in real estate investmentsAbility to interpret market data and financial information clearlyHigh attention to detail with strong organisational skillsConfident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholdersProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
